Jibit is a B2B FinTech building payment infrastructure, enterprise financial services, and digital identity verification.

• Started as the sole Angular engineer; hired and mentored until the team was 3 Angular developers and 1 web developer. Partner companies now ask me to interview their frontend hires.
• Built new Angular panels and replaced older React apps as standalone repos, then shared code with Git submodules when back-office and end-user apps needed the same features.
• Folded those apps, shared modules, and the design system into one Nx monorepo (~10 Angular apps, shared libs, feature libs), preserving git history and keeping the workspace current through major Angular upgrades.
• Introduced a unified design system with the UI/UX team in Figma, implemented it as an Angular library with Storybook and custom generators, and rolled it out across the Angular apps.
• Designed the GitLab CI/CD for that monorepo myself (change-based builds, ordered Docker deploys, shell tooling); CI ~50% faster, deploy time from 15 minutes to under 4, daily production releases.
• Moved unit tests from Jest to Vitest, expanded Playwright E2E coverage, and ran performance monitoring on the Angular apps.
• Besides the Angular apps, the team also runs the public website and developer documentation: WordPress in Docker, with caching, MariaDB tuning, PHP security hardening, and GTmetrix A-level front-end performance.

Concurrent with Jibit. Technical consulting for a tower project: public site, mail, and a construction camera for buyers.

• Stood up the first VPS with mail, MariaDB, and a custom-designed public website.
• Delivered an on-site RTSP camera to the public landing page: FFmpeg capture and transcode to MP4 over a low-bandwidth link, then CDN playback.
• Added backup and failover for mail and the site after early outages.

FinTech startup building payment products for consumers and operators.

• Led frontend for admin and client dashboards used in day-to-day payment operations.
• Designed Angular and gRPC communication for real-time financial data, keeping payloads small enough for frequent updates.
• Built responsive marketing and landing pages for acquisition campaigns.

Promoted from junior to lead. Health and financial products, including a money-exchange platform. Introduced AngularJS, then Angular, on the team.

• Built production AngularJS apps, then migrated them to Angular 2+ with an incremental rewrite (ngUpgrade was not viable).
• Delivered Laravel REST APIs for those Angular clients, then cut the APIs over to Spring Boot on the same contracts.
• Shipped WordPress sites alongside the product apps.
• Set frontend technical direction and mentored developers, working with the CTO on stack and product decisions.

Business-management consultancy. Started in Windows IT operations, then added internal PHP applications.

• Stabilized the office WAN, then repaired Active Directory, DNS, and TFS for 30+ workstations; rolled hardware and centralized Windows, antivirus, and application updates.
• Replaced the time-and-attendance device and integrated it with internal software.
• Built an internal PHP/MariaDB portal for timesheets, petty cash, payroll, and shared expenses.
• Shipped a PHP health directory and community forum (phpBB) for staff and clients.
